I picked up my interest in economics as it was a required course for my degree in my first year of university. But because I found economics to be a useful tool in understanding the world, it ended up becoming my major and a real passion of mine (sad but true). And I have followed what has been going on in the world of economics ever since and have hopefully built up a bit of knowledge on the topic to show for it. I am from New Zealand but have almost spent more of my adult life outside of the country. I am now living in London and have been for over six years, but prior to that, I was studying and working in Japan for nine years. I have also travelled extensively and hope that my experience of the world gives me a bit of extra insight about economics. But you can be the judge of that….
